A common question we get asked is "How big should my image be? Won't it be blurry as the size of the custom puzzle size increases?" The answer to that is yes and no. A good rule of thumb when choosing your image would be to make sure it's as large as possible!
About 90% of the images we receive fit on all of our puzzles! If we receive an image that is going to turn out really blurry on your personalized puzzle we will send you an email with a few options such as submitting a new photo or issuing you a refund for your order.
After you order your custom puzzle, please pay attention to your email in case we contact you regarding your photo! We will not print a puzzle if it doesn't pass our extensive quality control process!

Tammi was so great to work with. I had made a collage of pictures and I didn’t have it the right shape so she worked with me back and forth to rearrange the photos to make the whole thing work and it came out PERFECT! Thank you Tammi! The picture is clear and the puzzle pieces are sturdy and great quaility. Would highly recommend this as a fabulous gift for someone special or just of a picture that you love.
It looked great in the end but it took forever to do because a number of times pieces seemed to almost interchangeably fit the wrong pieces. You'd think the pattern would be enough to see it was wrong but when it was all the same color it didn't. And the puzzle photo on the tin didn't show all the way out to the edge of the photo so you had to kind of guess some of it. It might be helpful to have a printed photo of it in the tin to see that part and also the part covered by the printing on the tin.
We have several puzzles from you now. They all are great quality. This time you went out of your way to improve the images I sent that needed to be combined for the puzzle, then marry them! The puzzle was a gift for my wife on our 32nd anniversary and she loved it! She just finished it and was delighted! Thank you. More of your puzzles in our future;
