Can I add their name and age?

Yes. In the designer, tap Add text to put words right on the puzzle, then choose the font, color and size. You see it on the puzzle before you order.

Can I use old printed photos?

Yes. Scan the print, or take a photo of it in bright, even light, and upload that. We review every photo before it prints.

Can I use more than one photo?

Yes. Every custom puzzle takes up to 10 photos. Pick a collage design, or choose a collage layout in the designer.

How long does it take?

We print and ship every order within 5 business days from our shop in Washington, Missouri. The carrier's delivery time comes after that, usually 2 to 5 business days.

What does it come in?

Every puzzle ships in a keepsake metal tin with your photo printed on the lid, included at no extra cost. It is ready to wrap.

What if the birthday is too soon?

A Pix on Puzzles gift card lets them choose their own photo.
