Can I add a name or a date?

Yes. In the designer, tap Add text to put words right on the puzzle, then choose the font, color and size. You see it on the puzzle before you order.

Can I use a portrait (vertical) photo?

Yes. Most designs come in landscape and portrait. A design made in one orientation only says so on its card, and you can switch orientation in the designer before you add the puzzle to your cart.

Can I use more than one photo?

Yes. Every custom puzzle takes up to 10 photos. Pick a collage design, or choose a collage layout in the designer.

What if my photo is not good enough to print?

Upload it anyway. A real person reviews every order before it prints, and we never print a blurry puzzle. If a photo might print soft, we enhance it at no charge whenever we can. If it truly will not work, we contact you and help you pick another.

How long does it take?

We print and ship every order within 5 business days from our shop in Washington, Missouri. The carrier's delivery time comes after that, usually 2 to 5 business days.

What does it come in?

Every puzzle ships in a keepsake metal tin with your photo printed on the lid, included at no extra cost. It is ready to wrap.
