Shipping policy

All custom puzzles will ship out within 5 business days. If 5 days has past and you still have not received a notification of your order being shipped, please contact us. There is likely some issue we have with your photo that needs to be dealt with prior to printing. 

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Depending on the size of your package and the distance it needs to travel, the cost can range from $5 to $12 to ship.
