Refunds
Pix on Puzzles does not offer refunds on custom puzzles and all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us and we will look into the matter!
Returns
We do everything we can to make sure the personalized puzzle you order is of the highest quality. With our puzzles being custom-made for everyone, we cannot offer returns for our custom puzzles.
Exchanges
We will replace your personalized puzzle if they are defective or damaged. If there is a problem with the personalized puzzle or packaging when you receive them in the mail, send us an email at info@pixonpuzzles.com ASAP.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your custom puzzle must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the item arrives damaged or unusable please keep all packaging and contact us.
Lost Pieces
We will not replace a puzzle if there is a missing piece. Due to the nature of a puzzle, it's not possible for us to determine who or where the piece was lost. There is a rigid system in place for producing and packaging the puzzles. Every hour, there is a sweep of our facility to look for stray pieces. In the event a stray piece is found, our team goes back to redo all puzzles done during that time period.
