Can I add a name or a date?

Yes. In the designer, tap Add text to put words right on the puzzle, then choose the font, color and size. You see it on the puzzle before you order.

What is the numbered back?

It is an add-on for 120, 315, 500 and 1000 piece puzzles. For $7.99, every piece gets its spot printed on the back, so when a piece has you stuck, flip it over to see where it goes. Add it in the designer or in your cart.

Can I use a portrait (vertical) photo?

Yes. Most designs come in landscape and portrait. A design made in one orientation only says so on its card, and you can switch orientation in the designer before you add the puzzle to your cart.

What if my photo is not good enough to print?

Upload it anyway. A real person reviews every order before it prints, and we never print a blurry puzzle. If a photo might print soft, we enhance it at no charge whenever we can. If it truly will not work, we contact you and help you pick another.

How long does it take?

We print and ship every order within 5 business days from our shop in Washington, Missouri. The carrier's delivery time comes after that, usually 2 to 5 business days.
