Tammi was so great to work with. I had made a collage of pictures and I didn’t have it the right shape so she worked with me back and forth to rearrange the photos to make the whole thing work and it came out PERFECT! Thank you Tammi! The picture is clear and the puzzle pieces are sturdy and great quaility. Would highly recommend this as a fabulous gift for someone special or just of a picture that you love.
The 315 piece puzzles we ordered turned out great! Nice, clear images. The photo tin is a nice addition. Processing time was as they predicted. Quite fast for a personalized product!
It looked great in the end but it took forever to do because a number of times pieces seemed to almost interchangeably fit the wrong pieces. You'd think the pattern would be enough to see it was wrong but when it was all the same color it didn't. And the puzzle photo on the tin didn't show all the way out to the edge of the photo so you had to kind of guess some of it. It might be helpful to have a printed photo of it in the tin to see that part and also the part covered by the printing on the tin.
I bought two wooden 60 piece puzzles and used pictures of my grandchildren from Christmas last year. I’ve started a tradition several years ago of giving my sons (and family) a small gift at Thanksgiving and we call it “a little bit of Christmas at Thanksgiving.” We’ve nicknamed it “Thanksmas.” This year these puzzles will be the perfect gift! So crisply cut and wonderfully packaged in a tin!

I ordered three (3) copies of one photo for 120 piece puzzles; however, a small box with what appears to be only one (1) puzzle arrived today - 12/12/23. The paperwork inside the box says '3 of 3'. Am I to assume I will get two more boxes? Please advise.
