After I entered the wrong shipping address- entirely my fault- I used the means/address provided/suggested to contact Pix on Puzzles. Multiple times. Zero response; zero action.
Puzzles have now arrived at the wrong address- on time- and hopefully the USPS will forward to my current address.
All too bad as I’ve had good luck in the past with orders.

I ordered 2 puzzles without the boxes and they ended up turning out great. We were worried because the printed photo that came with them was very blurry and appeared to have been printed on a printer that needed new ink, but the puzzle themselves were of good quality.
Great quality, perfect photo alignment, excellent seller, this puzzle is so well constructed that I am going to have it framed and placed in our spare bedroom that is also adorned with several bird pictures, the cat should fit right in.

I ordered 5 puzzles. The seller let me know that the pictures I sent were not the best to use for several reasons, so I sent some more. I am very thankful that the communication was so great. The seller helped me get the best look for the puzzles. They arrived in tins that had the picture on it, which I love!! The puzzle pieces are of great quality material. I can’t wait to give them as Christmas presents!! Thank you for everything , and I will definitely be ordering more in the future. I may even make part of my yearly Christmas tradition. ❤️

I had made a collage of pictures and I didn’t have it the right shape so she worked with me back and forth to rearrange the photos to make the whole thing work and it came out PERFECT! Thank you Tammi! The picture is clear and the puzzle pieces are sturdy and great quaility. Would highly recommend this as a fabulous gift for someone special or just of a picture that you love.
The 315 piece puzzles we ordered turned out great! Nice, clear images. The photo tin is a nice addition. Processing time was as they predicted. Quite fast for a personalized product!
It looked great in the end but it took forever to do because a number of times pieces seemed to almost interchangeably fit the wrong pieces. You'd think the pattern would be enough to see it was wrong but when it was all the same color it didn't. And the puzzle photo on the tin didn't show all the way out to the edge of the photo so you had to kind of guess some of it. It might be helpful to have a printed photo of it in the tin to see that part and also the part covered by the printing on the tin.
I bought two wooden 60 piece puzzles and used pictures of my grandchildren from Christmas last year. I’ve started a tradition several years ago of giving my sons (and family) a small gift at Thanksgiving and we call it “a little bit of Christmas at Thanksgiving.” We’ve nicknamed it “Thanksmas.” This year these puzzles will be the perfect gift! So crisply cut and wonderfully packaged in a tin!
