When do I need to order for Christmas?

Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas. We print and ship every order within 5 business days, then the carrier needs time to deliver it, usually 2 to 5 business days.

Does the puzzle come ready to wrap?

Yes. It arrives in a metal tin with your photo on the lid, included at no extra cost, so all it needs is wrapping paper.

What if my photo is not good enough to print?

Upload it anyway. A real person reviews every order before it prints, and we never print a blurry puzzle. If a photo might print soft, we enhance it at no charge whenever we can. If it truly will not work, we contact you and help you pick another.

Can I use more than one photo?

Yes. Every custom puzzle takes up to 10 photos. Pick a collage design, or choose a collage layout in the designer.

Can I add our family name and the year?

Yes. In the designer, tap Add text to put words right on the puzzle, then choose the font, color and size. You see it on the puzzle before you order.

What is the numbered back?

It is an add-on for 120, 315, 500 and 1000 piece puzzles. For $7.99, every piece gets its spot printed on the back, so when a piece has you stuck, flip it over to see where it goes. Add it in the designer or in your cart.

What if I missed the deadline?

A Pix on Puzzles gift card lets them choose their own photo after the holidays.
