Questions
Is my photo printed on both sides?
Yes. The same photo, and your text if you add some, is printed on the front and the back, so it looks great from every side of the tree.
How big are the ornaments?
Clear acrylic: 3.5″ round and about 1/8″ thick.
Wood slice: about 2.4″ to 2.8″ across. Every slice is a little different.
Will my wood ornament look exactly like the preview?
Very close, but not exactly. Wood slices are cut from real trees, so they aren't perfectly round and each one is a little different. How much of your photo shows near the bark edge will vary slightly. Keep faces inside the dashed circle and they'll be on your ornament.
Can I add text?
Yes. Add up to three short lines, like a name and the year. Pick a size and color for each, choose a font, and drag the text anywhere on the ornament.
Can I order ornaments with different photos?
Yes. Design each one and add it to your cart. When you have 4 or more of the same kind (acrylic or wood), the lower price is applied automatically in your cart, even if every ornament has a different photo.
How do they hang?
Each ornament comes with a string tied through the hole at the top: red and white string for acrylic, natural twine for wood.
When will my ornaments arrive?
Every ornament is made to order. We ship within about 5 business days, then it's usually 2 to 5 days in the mail. Enter your ZIP code in the cart to see an estimate.
Do they come in a gift box?
No. Ornaments are wrapped and packed carefully so they arrive safely, but they don't come in a gift box or tin.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, bright photo with faces near the middle. Photos straight from your phone are perfect, including iPhone photos.
