Payments

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Photo Upload

To ensure the quality of your personalized jigsaw puzzle, we only accept JPG and PNG files.

To ensure your custom puzzle is printed with the highest quality, we recommend that your image is at least 1000 pixels on the longest side. Although we have a recommended size, we still encourage everyone to upload the photo they would like even if they don't know how big it is. We will not print your puzzle if it will turn out blurry, so size isn't really an issue. If we encounter a problem with your image, we will email you and give you a list of options to decide on like submitting a new photo or recieving a refund for your oder.

Your image will be edited slightly. Tammi has over 20 years of photoshop experience and she knows what needs to be done to an image. When printing onto a custom puzzle, a lot of times you need to make an image lighter or darker to make sure it doesn't print onto a puzzle poorly. Slight edits will be made but overal your image will come out looking the exact same as what you uploaded!

Unfortunately, no. We will not print images that infringe on copyrights, trademark rights, or any other protected rights of third parties. If an illegal image is submitted, we will inform you to choose a new image. We won't be able to proceed until we get an acceptable image.

Nudity will also not be allowed. We are a family owned & operated business and would prefer not to see that as we work together.

  • 305 Piece Puzzle: 11.5 inches x 15.5 inches
  • 500 Piece Puzzle: 15.75 inches x 21.25 inches

Our custom puzzles are made in the Netherlands! We are proud to source our puzzles from reputable suppliers. After we recieve the shipments, all of our custom puzzles are printed in the US. We have been located in Washington, MO since 2020!

Returns

Due to our puzzles being custom made, we cannot offer returns. If you are unhappy with how your custom puzzle turned out, please reach out to us and we will get back with you ASAP!

If you find that your custom puzzle was damaged during delivery, please contact us ASAP with pictures of the damages! 

Once a refund is initiated, you should get a notification sent to your email. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account. The refund will be deposited into whichever account you used to pay for the order. We are unable to refund to a different card than what we have on file.

We will allow changes to a certain extent prior to us printing your custom puzzle! The best way to change your order is to contact our support or simply using the chat feature on the website during our business hours (the little blue button in the lower left hand corner). If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping

Orders are processed in the order we receive them. All custom puzzles will ship within 5 business days, unless there is an issue with your photo. If you have not recieved a shipping confirmation after 5 business days, please contact us at info@pixonpuzzles.com! You can track your order status on our tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact us and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving a defective puzzle is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of the custom puzzle which shows the defects clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

Shipping will depend on many factors such as size, weight, and destination. Shipping cost for your custom puzzle will be calculated at checkout.
