How to Order Your Custom Puzzle
Ordering your custom puzzle from Pix on Puzzles is fast and easy! It takes on averages less than 4 minutes to complete your purchase if you have your picture already picked out. Follow these steps below if you're having trouble!
Step 1: Uploading Your Photo
The first step of the process is uploading the photo for your personalized jigsaw puzzle! When on the product page, click the large black button titled "Click to upload image." Here is what that button looks like:

Once the next screen pops up, you will want to click "Choose local file" as pictured below:

Here you will be able to add text to your personalized jigsaw puzzle (if you'd like)! In the box below your image, type out anything you would like to be added to your custom puzzle. If you have a specific place you would like your text, please send us a message and we will make a note on your order!
Please note, we do not offer a preview of your image on the custom puzzle. We will email you before printing if your photo has any issues.
Step 2: Adding The Custom Puzzle To Cart
After you have added your photo and caption (if you'd like one), now it's time to add the custom puzzle to your cart. Beneath the button that you clicked to upload your image, you will find another button labeled "Add to cart" as pictured below:

You're almost finished! After you have added the personalized jigsaw puzzle to your cart, you will then need to head to the checkout!
Step 3: Checkout
Once your custom puzzle is in the cart, you will need to open your cart by hitting the bag icon in the top right hand corner of the screen as pictured below:

And your done! All that's left is entering your information and we will take care of the rest! We hope you enjoy your personalized jigsaw puzzle!
