I expected the puzzles to come in a full size puzzle box where you can stand the box cover up, for viewing while you puzzle. Instead 2 of the puzzles I purchased came in a small tin box and the 120 piece came in a plastic bag with a paper print out of the photo.

Just to clarify: the 120-piece puzzle came in a plastic sleeve due to it being the free bonus puzzle from our 'buy a 500 or 1000-piece, get a free 120-piece' promotion, which included the puzzle-only with no tin. That's our fault for not making that clearer at checkout, and we'll work on improving how we communicate it. As for the tin packaging on the others, we agree. A lot of customers love being able to prop the box cover up while puzzling, and we're actively looking into offering a traditional puzzle box option. I'd love to make this right. Extremely happy with the first puzzle received last year. This last puzzle I haven’t seen yet because it is a gift, but the picture on the tin box looks fantastic. I’m sure the completed puzzle will look the same. Excellent pricing, quick delivery, ease of purchase on the website and quality puzzle
