Before we print anything, our team carefully reviews every uploaded photo. If an image is low resolution or could look blurry, we use professional editing tools to enhance and upscale it, at no extra cost. If a photo can't be saved, we'll reach out before printing to walk you through your options.

Can I use two different photos for the collage?
Yes — that's exactly what this puzzle is designed for. Upload two separate photos and we'll arrange them side-by-side on your puzzle. Great for couples, before-and-after photos, or pairing two generations of family in one keepsake.
What if my photos are different sizes or orientations?
No problem. Our team reviews every order and we'll resize, crop, or rearrange your photos as needed to make sure both look great on your finished puzzle. If we run into anything we can't fix on our end, we'll reach out to you before printing.
Which piece count should I choose?
It depends on the experience you want. 315 pieces is great for kids, beginners, or a fun afternoon. 500 pieces is our most popular — a satisfying challenge for adults that doesn't take over your dining room table for weeks. 1,000 pieces is for serious puzzlers who want a real project.
How long does it take to receive my puzzle?
All custom puzzles ship within 5 business days. Once shipped, USPS Priority and Ground typically deliver within 3-5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your puzzle is on its way.
Will my photo be too blurry to print?
Most photos work great, even from smartphones. About 90% of the images we receive print beautifully on all puzzle sizes. Our team professionally enhances any photo that needs help, and we'll always email you before printing if we have concerns about the final result.
Can I add text or a caption to my puzzle?
Yes! You can add a custom caption — names, a date, a short message — that we'll place tastefully on your puzzle and matching tin. Just include the text you'd like in your order notes during checkout.
Does it really come with a personalized tin?
It does — and at no extra cost. Every collage puzzle ships in a sturdy 6" × 6" metal tin with your collage printed right on the lid. It makes the puzzle gift-ready out of the box and gives you a beautiful place to store it once it's complete.
Can I frame my finished puzzle?
Absolutely — a lot of our customers do! Our puzzles are made on premium board that holds together well, making them perfect for framing as a one-of-a-kind piece of personalized wall art.
